Reporting an issue?

When Bloomkeeper notices a problem, it asks once: choose Send report and it’s done. Add a note if you like, or tick Send these automatically from now on. You can also open More → Help & feedback → Report a problem to review the full report before sending.

Most setup issues have a fix in the Guide.

Include your Bloomkeeper version, Mac chip and RAM, macOS version, and what happened. A screenshot and the approximate time can help.

Review anything you share. Keep passwords, account tokens and private phone links out of your message. Opening a contact link doesn’t send a message or upload diagnostics.
